What is Dedicated Account Manager?

You'll have a designated individual 24/7/365 from Qode to assist with any needs, concerns, or questions regarding your job listings, ensuring a smoother and more tailored experience.

What is Number of Users?

Refers to how many individuals from your company can have an account or access to Qode's platform simultaneously. Useful if you have multiple recruiters or HR personnel.

What is the Active Job Slot?

The Active Job Slot is the number of unique job vacancies you can have live on Qode's platform at any one time during a month. If you've used all your slots but want to post a new position, you'd need to replace an existing one first.

What is the Job Slot Update?

Allows you to modify or change the details of a live job listing without using another job slot. Useful for making changes to the job title and other requirements.

What are the Qode's standard requirements for a job post to be published?

1. Job title is clear & concise.
2. Workplace Address and Hiring Regions are aligned with Workplace Type.
3. Mandatory Skills are in accordance with Requirements and Job Title.
4. Other information is properly listed & displayed.

Can I post a job on behalf of other companies?

Qode only allows you to post on behalf of your clients if your company is in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. The job post will still be displayed under your company name.

Can I put any email address or link on the job post?

No, we don't allow you to put an email address and link on the job post to ensure the integrity of the job.

Can I direct the applicants to apply on our company career website?

We support ATS integration linked from your career website based on your subscription plan.

Does qode enable integration with an ATS?

We support ATS integration based on your subscription plan.

What is the duration for a job post to be live on Qode?

Your job posting will be live on Qode for a minimum of 30 days from the publishing date depending on your subscription plan unless it is changed or closed by the job poster or your company admin.

What is the Candidate Profile Summary?

Qode helps streamline the initial review process. Receive an overview or snapshot of a candidatee's qualifications, experience, and skills without having to delve into the full resume.

What is the CV High Match Rate?

Using a combination of AI and human vetting, this ensures you only receive CVs from candidates who closely match your job criteria. This saves time as you're not sifting through irrelevant applications.

What is ATS integration?

Qode can be integrated with Applicant Tracking Systems, making it easier to manage and track applications from different sources within your existing HR software.

What is the Compare function?

This feature enables you to compare the candidates in bulk selection to make the hiring decision faster.

How to download the CVs?

• In case of including Candidate Profile Summary: choose as many CVs as you want, then tick the box for Candidate Profile Summary and click Download.
• In case of not including Candidate Profile Summary: choose as many CVs as you want, then untick the box for Candidate Profile Summary and click Download.

What subscription plans are available?

How do I know which subscription plan works best for me?

After you complete your Recruiter Profile, you will be taken to the screen where we ask you two questions to get Custom Pricing. By answering these questions of the number of users using the platform and the number of jobs posted at a time, you will be suggested with the plan that works best for your needs.

What are the payment options?

Currently, we only accept online payments via credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Union Pay cards.

How is the Standard Plan better than the Basic Plan?

• Enjoy all features of Basic with more incremental benefits at a lesser cost
• Suitable for job posting at the organization level for two recruiters to post in parallel
• 2x logins/accounts: admin & member access for collaboration & teamwork, 2x productivity, 2x data owned and shared

How is the Premium Plan better than the Standard Plan?

How is the Monthly Plan better than one-time purchase (which Qode does not offer)?

• Suitable for regular job posting but varies from month to month
• No risk of forgetting to repost the jobs and no hassle if still need to extend the talent pool
• Steady & predictable costs for monthly accounting booking/procurement process

How is the Quarterly Plan better than Monthly?

• Enjoy all features of Monthly with better cost savings for all plans
• Suitable for consistent job posting throughout the quarter and/or hiring plan updated every quarter
• Lesser in frequency to go through internal procurement/accounting process
• Continuity of jobs for over a month if needed

How is the Annual Plan better than Quarterly?

• Suitable for consistent job posting throughout the year and/or hiring plan updated every year
• Only one trip through internal procurement/accounting process each year

Are my credit card details secured on Qode?

Absolutely, Qode is integrated with Stripe for your Payment & Billing, so you can be assured that your credit card information is secure on Qode.

Can I pause my subscription plans?

Currently, subscription plans cannot be paused.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly on Qode's platform. After cancellation, you will still be able to access and use up your subscription until the end of your current prepaid billing period.

What happens if I fail to cancel my subscription before the expiry date?

If you do not cancel the subscription plan before the expiry date, your subscription plan will be automatically renewed for the next same cycle.

What happens to my job postings after I cancel my subscription?

Once your subscription plan is canceled, all current job postings will remain active until they reach their expiration date (30 days after publication) or are closed by one of your company admins.

Will the amount be refunded after I cancel my subscription?

No, we don't refund in case of subscription cancellation.

Why should I complete my profile?

Having a profile completeness above 80% is likely to attract the recruiter better.

Is there any fee associated with creating the profile on Qode?

No, Qode is a career engagement platform dedicated to tech talent worldwide. We do not charge you for any activities.

Who can see my profile?

Your profile is publicly available on the Qode site. However, only the job poster of the company you’re applying to will have access to your resume, along with the application details you fill in before submitting your resume.

What do I do if I fail to upload my resume?

This issue might be caused by either an Internet connection or a caching problem. You can either check your Internet connection or clear your browser cache and cookies. After that, retry uploading your resume.

I applied for the wrong job post. Can I withdraw my application?

Unfortunately, you cannot withdraw your application that you have already submitted.

Can I apply again for the same job post?

No, each job post can only be applied to once, so make sure to have the most suitable CV for the job you're interested in. You may still apply for other job openings from the same employer.

What should I do when I receive an invitation from a company that I didn't apply to?

If you receive an unsolicited invitation from a company that you didn't apply to, it indicates that the company has directly searched our database and is interested in connecting with you. If you wish to proceed, please respond to the invitation. If not, you can politely decline.

Can I search for relevant jobs on Qode?

Qode enables you to search for jobs matching your needs. You can search directly on our search bar by typing in keywords or apply filters including Workplace Type, Skills, Job Type, Years of Experience, Company Industry, and Working Time Zone.
